2012-2013 Cheer Team

This season will be the second year competing as MVATC Level 2 All Stars.  The girls are working hard to prepare for their season of tumbling and high-flying stunts.  The girls are enthusiastic and spirited about this years competitive and show season.  They have worked through many tough practices to learn how to represent the MVATC spirit!

About the Cheer program:

Mississippi Valley Athletic Training Center’s competitive All Star Cheer Team is for girls who have mastered our Cheer 4 Fun class.  The squad competes throughout the state of Iowa.  The girls practice two and a half hours per week, plus many of them take an hour or more of gymnastics/tumbling classes.  The squad competes in the winter, and performs with the MVGA Show team throughout the year at various events, such as parades, fairs and basketball half times.  Entry into competitive cheer is by invitation only.  We invite recreational cheerleaders who have shown adequate ability, both mentally and physically, to competitive cheer in May.
